A few years ago, I was struggling to lose weight. I tried exercising, I tried changing my diet, even using various products — but I still wasn't seeing any real change. Then I heard about something called intermittent fasting , and that's when my life changed.
✅ What is Intermittent Fasting?
Intermittent fasting is not a type of diet, but rather an eating schedule . You schedule times of day when you will eat, and other times when you will not eat at all. A popular example is the 16/8 system – where you fast for 16 hours (for example, don’t eat from 8pm to 6pm the next day), and then you only eat within an 8-hour window.
What attracted me?
What impressed me most was its simplicity. There was no long list of foods to cut out, no need to buy expensive medications or supplements. All I did was schedule my meals, and focus on drinking plenty of water, green tea, and fresh juices to help boost metabolism.
The Changes I Saw
The stomach started to shrink within 2 weeks.

Things That Helped Me Succeed in Fasting

Taking it slow — I didn't start with 16/8 right away. I started with 12/12, then 14/10, until I was able to do 16/8.
